biography
1972 Born in Tokyo. Spent his childhood in Kumamoto.
1999 Studied pottery under Fukumori Masatake at Iga Doraku-kiln. Afterward, made pottery with his fater, Hosokawa Morihiro, at Futōan in Yugawara.
2006 Establishes a studio in Kumamoto and made Shigaraki, Karatsu, and Kōrai ware works.
2008 First solo exhibition at Gallery Shibunkaku, in Kyoto. After that, hold solo exhibitions in Nihombashi Mitsukoshi, Tenmaya Okayama, Tsuruya Department Store, Kakiden Gallery in Shinjuku and more.
2014 Made raku ware works at Futōan in Yugawara.
