Shibunkaku is pleased to participate in Taipei Dangdai 2022 with a selection of Japanese postwar avant-garde calligraphy by Morita Shiryū and Inoue Yūichi, paintings by the eminent Japanese painter Kumagai Morikazu and contemporary artist Honda Takeshi.
Highlights include Morita Shiryū’s 1964 works Chū; Inoue Yūichi’s Work B from his enamel series and Hin from 1974; Kumagai Morikazu’s Kitten from 1959; and Honda Takeshi’s charcoal and oil series.
A selection of exhibited works will also on display on Taipei Connections.
